How does it work?
Step 1 - E-mail or post your images to us.
Step 2 - As soon as we receive your images we will give you a quotation.
Step 3 - Once the restoration is complete we will notify you and post or e-mail the work.
How do I get my photos to you?
You can either scan images yourself (resolution 300) and e-mail them to us, or you can post them if you don't have a scanner. (Contact us for the postal address).
How much does it cost?
Once we have received your photos we will let you know the estimated work involved. No two pictures are the same, so it is not possible to quote without seeing what needs to be done. We will not charge a penny without agreeing a price with you.
You can see prices of past jobs we have done, this might give you an idea of what your picture could cost.
How long does it take?
As soon as we receive your images they will be reviewed for pricing. If you have an urgent requirement we will do our best to meet your deadline.
How and when do I pay?
When the work is completed, we will e-mail (or post) you the restored image. You will then pay by cheque or bank transfer. Sorry, we cannot take credit cards.
Can I have more than one copy of the same image?
Yes. We will charge you at cost for each additional print.
Will I get my original photo back if I send it by post?
Yes. We will return your photograph to you with any printed photographs you request.
